Information you share with CWT

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and fabric requirements, together with any images you upload. You may also provide your country and WhatsApp number. We use these details to review your requirements and follow up on sourcing, quotations and sampling.

Your uploaded images

Inquiry images are stored privately, separately from our public image library. Access is limited to authorized staff handling inquiries. Uploading an image does not make it public or automatically add it to an AI knowledge base or model-training data.

We check permitted file types, file signatures, size limits and image decoding. Malware scanning is not performed; these checks do not certify that a file is free of harmful content.

How long we keep information

These periods apply to information held in this website and its inquiry system.

• Inquiry images: normally 90 days from upload completion. Expired images enter our scheduled cleanup process.
• Customer and inquiry information: two calendar years from the last substantive business interaction. At that point, an administrator reviews the information and confirms removal or anonymization.
• Operation logs: one calendar year from creation, followed by administrator review and confirmed cleanup.

Information needed for active sampling, orders, after-sales support, disputes or statutory obligations may be kept longer. Necessary exceptions require a recorded reason and a review date. Routine edits and mass marketing do not restart the customer retention period.

Removing an image file does not immediately remove its associated inquiry or deletion record. After customer information is anonymized, we retain business references, dates and status records without the removed identity, contact details or message text. Website cleanup does not recall email notifications already delivered to mailboxes. Backup copies are not erased immediately and expire under their separate backup-retention process.

Optional analytics

Analytics is off unless you allow it. You can allow, decline or withdraw consent using the settings below. Your inquiry still works when you decline. Your choice is stored in your browser and in a server-side consent record. Inquiry details and private images are kept separate from public analytics events.
